Awards, Accolades, and Achievements
Roben has earned his Master of Photography Degree (2018) and his Photographic Craftsman Degree (2019) through Professional Photographers of America (PPA). Additionally, Roben is a Certified Professional Photographer (CPP) through PPA as well as a CPP liaison in the state of Indiana. In a short period of time Roben has won several awards, earned both Bronze and Silver Medals in the International Photographic Competition with PPA and been named a Top 10 Photographer in Indiana seven years consecutively, was the Indiana Photographer of the Year in 2016 and 2021, and earned a variety of ribbons on several images in various categories. In 2018 and 2019, and 2022 Roben was selected to represent his country as part of Team USA in the World Photographic Cup. In January of 2019, Roben also earned a 1st Place Grand Imaging Award at Imaging USA in Atlanta. Roben also has served his professional community as a past president of the Indianapolis Professional Photographers Guild (IPPG), Assistant Director with the Winona School of Professional Photography, and as the President for the prestigious Daguerre Club of Indiana (one of the oldest photography clubs in the country).
